For those of you that don't like eggs, better come up with something clever, then...think outside the box!

My favorite is Eggs in a Basket. (You butter a slice of bread on both sides, use a glass to remove a circle in the middle, lay it in the frying pan and crack an egg into the circle, letting the circle of bread you removed fry off to the side, toasting it for a dipper. I use a lid on the pan so the egg comes out better.)

I prefer one raw organic egg, mixed with organic whole milk, brown rice, raisins, and nuts. I heat the mixture in the microwave to 140 degrees and let stand for 3 minutes to pasteurize the egg.

I have a friend who hates eggs, but her name can be used to describe and egg's shell. Ironic.

I like scrambled eggs mixed with grits, hashbrowns, ketchup, hot sauce, salt and pepper.

Speaking of eggs...Cadbury Creme Eggs are my FAVORITE eggs, especially when they're shared.

Depends on my mood and what I am having them with...I like scrambles or over hard for sandwiches with eggs. For steak & eggs I like them over medium. On top of skillet or corned beef hash I like them sunny side up. For salads hard boiled is gr8! And then there are poached for benedicts!!!
