Hi there,I am from Pakistan and here its like a traditon for nose piercing , some girls wear nose ring and some wear nose stud ,mostly married women do especially .
Its the same sort of culture in India too .
I consider it as part of culture , but it also depends whther nose ring is suiting you or not .

Well, I don't really understand the need to pierce the body. And at first I was a bit disappointed that my girlfriend pierced her nose, but it's a small diamond chip and I admit it's kind of cute.

I kinda like the nose pierced if its a tiny one. But if its one of those rings or something that dangles then its a turn off for me.

my best friend is from India and many beautiful girls have nose piercings... so it's a cultural thing I guess.
Here, it tends to be looked upon less favorably.... but that shouldn't matter.

I don't judge them based soley on the piercing, but in a cute girl, I think it makes her even cuter. Just my take on it.

It looks really cute on them.But the nose is a pretty sensitive area,and it would drive me nuts.

That trend is outdated.
Nose piercings for style reasons look stupid.
When I see them I wonder...
#1 Will they still want it when they're 60?
#2 What if they get tired of the trend and they have a hole in their nose?
#3 Piercings were originally meant for tribal adornment in indigenous cultures. If you live in any Western Culture and you don't have a background from an indigenous culture it looks dumb.
#4 Why are they trying so hard to look different?
