Call your doctor asap. You do not want to be recovering from a c-section and kidney infection.
UTIs are very common in the last weeks (days even ;)) of pregnancy. I had one with my first pregnancy that sent me into labor. It was the most painful time I have ever had, and I have had two other children since!
My midwife prescribed low dose antibiotic for me, and the advice to always lean forward (like you are picking something off the ground while sitting on toilet) when you think you are done peeing. You'd be amazed, but your bladder (with all the pressure going on down there) is not completely empty a lot of the time when you think you are done urinating. This is why UTI/kidney infections are common when the baby gets lower.
Please call your doctor and be sure that he knows, he will most likely have you come in on Monday (if you aren't in major pain) or to the hospital (if you are in major pain that doesn't recede with tylenol). You will need to give a mid-stream urine test (which is terrible at this late stage, you will most likely pee on your hand :( ). I don't know if there will be time for a culture test (they have to grow it in a petri dish) but they will be able to tell if you have an infection. At that point you will either get IV antibiotics or a large dose of antibiotics.
Good luck, and don't wait on contacting your doctor. They are used to being called at 12am!

You should at least mention this to your doctor; however, I think what you are experiencing is normal. It is caused by the extra weight and pressure on your bladder from the weight of your baby. You may want to call them monday and go in for them to dip your urine to be sure that you do not have an infection!
Good Luck and Congratulations!

Yeah it never hurt me to pee and I've had two kids. If anything I peed all the time because the baby was on my bladder. I would be worried about a UTI.

Call your doctor immediately. Sounds like you have an infection. This could be dangerous at this time. You probably need antibiotics immediately. If you can't reach your doctor over the weekend, you should go to the emergency room. But if your doctor is not a quack, he/she will get back to you right away. Please call now. Do not delay.

It shounldn't hurt alot when you pee, maybe discomfort from the pressure the baby is putting on you, but if it hurts alot it may be an infection and you should let your docter know. Good Luck!

probably a bladder infection, call the doc anytime you experience any abnormal pains. that is what you pay for. It is their job to calm down hysterical women, and to know when you are being hysterical and when you need legitimate help! Don't worry about looking like an idiot, just call, cuz how stupid will you look if you don't and it ends up being something serious.

If this is your first child I'd call my doctor for everything I thought could be a possibility of WRONG! (Even if it's not ur first.) If it hurts I would think something is up. Are you holding it too long? Anyways... call and find out. If things are fine then u'll know.. :) ... and won't have to worry.

I would call your doctor. You might have a urinary tract infection if it hurts when you pee. Obviously, any kind of infection when you're pregnant is not good for your baby.

Call your doctor because that is unusual. I know somebody that when they peed it hurt so bad and when they gave birth it felt 20 times worse than regular birth and the baby almost died.
