attitude, passion is a key to being sexy,

I would say that most women can look attractive, some with (a lot) more effort than others. I wouldn't say all because I don't like to say it but some people are...unlucky.

i think so, people need to focus on the positive aspects of someones appearance instead of the negatives, people spend way too much time focusing on the negatives that they don't see anything else.
