yes, some do. i worked for half my pregnancy with my second child (of 3)...in a menswear store.
i was hit on, on a daily basis....which is funny because before i was pregnant, i might have been asked out, or hit on...once or twice a month. it must be a fetish or something. a well hidden one!
although there is an appealing side to pregnant woman..she is already pregnant..so no worries about getting her knocked up! ha ha.

Most men find their wives very sexy during pregnancy because whats more sexier than being the mother to their child. Now whether or not they find other pregnant women sexy I can't answer but I would think there is a little thing there about a woman carrying a child

actually there was a study on this some time ago, pregnant women tend to change a bit during the pregnancy and scientist think this is to keep the male around, there are many facial changes that are small but overall add to visual appeal towards a males natural instincts of what is considered a "healthy mate" tons of other things that I can't even remember now so in theory a woman's face actually becomes a bit more attractive to men in a primitive way

My answer may be bias, but I think pregnant women are extremely sexy. My first sexual experience was with a pregnant woman, and I found her sexual appetite was insatiable. The lactating Brest's, and extra moist nether regions were especially erotic. Pregnant women seem to emit different hormones too. My boyfriend said he is attracted to pregnant woman just as well as non-pregnant woman. The physical features and all the above is what gets him going ... lol... but he's still all mine. I never knew until I got pregnant how many guys actually go crazy. I use to hear stories but not until I got more googly eye looks, flirts, come-ons and done right offers!!!!! To me as a general rule that is great but it made me nauseous. Even one time I was at a restaurant and saw a very preganant girl and these 2 guys drooling over her....

Not to say I am sure there are men who dont like it unless it's their wife.
