I have to say "Pulp Fiction", it is just brilliant. I never get tired of watching it, and it seems like I find something new each time I see it. Tarantino pays such attention to detail, and the dialogue in the movie is great! I love the conversaton between Travolta and Jackson in the car at the beginning! Great movie.

Most people would say his two best were Pulp Fiction and Reservior Dogs.

Reservior Dogs was good but a bit too violent when it wasn't necessary. I have nothing against violence in film, but a great film makes sure things match well. Pulp Fiction really balanced the violence with the plot (which was much deeper than the simple one in Reservior Dogs). Plus PF had a lot more interesting characters.
