Humans are very far ahead in games than any other animals. But most other animals indulge in games, mostly mammals.
The games they play are very simple in nature as compared to human beings.
It was also scientifically proved in the lab that mice braved mild but painful shocks to enjoy a climbing game that was made for them. This, mind you, had no food as reward for playing the game.

birds, especially the most inteligent ones, like parrots, jays, mynahs, toucans... give a parrot a stick and he will guess what - play with it. rule of thumb - an animal that can (and needs to) play will show signs of boredom when it has nothing to do.
