I see these areas of spider web-ish looking things on my crabapple tree. The foliage around these webs are dying. How can I save my tree?

I lost 3 trees before I learned that this problem cannot be solved with the milder "family friendly" methods. Use Mathalithiaon or a similar strong chemical, and use it NOW.

these are bag worms buy a general bug spray and spray the entire tree and then remove these webs with a rake or a ple spray around the other trees in the area also to prevent the worms from starting over there
