By default, you're the Administrator of the computer if yu have only one account on your PC, which is yours.
Go to the Control Panel and select User Accounts. Create another one or just turn on Guest Account.
Remember to protect your account with a password.

setup user with password.
you can do this by control panel and then select create user.
just remember to make sure your ownself is the Administrator.

lock your bios and get a password on all your account
