I want to tone my upper part(i.e chest and stomach)
Suggest me some exercises

For the stomach, sit-ups are the best. If you want to tone up your chest good old push-ups. The Army taught me all about those.:) You can also bench press weights for your chest. Good luck.

umm you could just do sit ups every day... like 40 and then have a rest do that about 5 times a day and you get a hotbody
