Stone Temple Pilots...I love Weiland's vocals he is an awesome front man ...they were the best ..but thats my opinion.

I'm right there with you-- I love Marilyn Manson!! I had always wanted to see him perform live and finally got to at Ozzfest a few years ago. I was not disappointed!! What an awesome show! And I got to meet him afterward, which was even cooler!!!

You said, "The best band of all time", but you mentioned two modern artists, which makes me wonder if you actually thought about it or not.
I say The Beatles - for their sheer brilliancy in writing and performing, not to mention the way they took the world by storm over a period of one night.
Dave Stewart - from the Eurythmics, considering he began a group in the early 70's, and is now forming a new group under the same name to perform updated versions of the songs.
And The Killers, simply because I like them. :P

Wow...i dunno about some of your answers people but everyone has their opinion, in my opinion two of the best bands of all time would have to be Metallica and Tool. Metallica because they are great musicians and have influenced so many people in many ways. Tool because they are absolutely amazing musicians, continue to put out great albums and have a massive almost cult following, Maynard James Keenan is probably the best singer in metal/rock today and i don't think many people can argue otherwise.

Korn or Deftones would be my choice my choice would be Korn
but yours i like also.. both radiohead & M.M. are great musical artists.... if i had to choose though i might have to take my choice on M.M.
and whoever said ICP.... is also a great group
