I just moved into a brand new home and for some reason there's always these little flies (not fruit flies) flying around the kitchen, we never leave food out, but the problem seems to continue. Since I have a dog, I can't really spray them and of course they are so small and really fast, it's kinda hard to anyway. It's getting really annoying...pls help~~

If you don't want to use a bug spray, try using hairspray.

Are do they seem to be concentrated in a particular area? If its around the sink, you may have some residue in the drain. If you have a garbage disposal, put some ice in it and pour bleach over the top. Wait about fifteen minutes and run the disposal. This will clean it out.

sounds like white flies. they live in and around plants. If you have plants, take them outside, and clean with soap and water, and flush soapy water through the soil.
