First check to see if the cooling fan operates and the coolant reserve tank and radiator are full, a good way to check the fan is to turn on the air conditioning, the fan should come on and run continuosly, listen for it. If the fan is working, then you either have a restriction in the cooling system, such as partially clogged radiator or hose, or a worn water pump impeller that is not pushing enough coolant through the engine. Have it checked by a reputable repair shop.

you got issues in your cooling system i would have a pressure check done at your local repair shop to determine if theres leaks you cant see i fixed a ford escort the other day that was having the same problem and was dermined that there was a hair line frature in the head gasket it was so small the car still ran fine and held coolint but it still was drinking coolinent just not enough for you to notice but a few days from now mabe a week from now you may have to add coolient you problem is only going to worsen over time and im not saying thats whats wrong with your van

this vehical has electric fans that run on a thermostat when not moving they do not draw enough air into the engine compartment to cool it when you drive it you are getting more air the wheather outside will make them react differently so you may not notice it all the time

I have no trouble with mine. Do you have the a/c on? Radiator full? THERMOSTAT probably stuck open !!
