Well, lubrication is the easiest sign, but isn't readily apparent.
Check her eyes. The pupils will dilate and the eyelids will get more blood flow into them. Likewise lips, but usually lipstick covers that.
You might watch for her to mirror your behavior, but that is more a form of attachment than arousal. Likewise, proximity and casual contact, like touching hands, brushing your hair etc.
As to nipple erections, does anyone honestly believe women get aroused by selecting frozen vegetables? That is an unreliable indicator or arousal.
