Yes it is normal to feel empty inside, but let me share with you a story I heard:
A student of an enlightened man, whom noticed that his master lived alone asked him a question one day. He said 'Master, you are so wise, but do you ever get lonely?' and the Master replied 'Yes, I do, but it is only loneliness.'
My point is, we get such an array of emotions and feelings in this life, but it is what we do with it that will matter. Essentially we ARE empty inside! It is only through this emptiness, though, that can grow.

Yes I believe that it is complety normal to feel empty inside. We are created beings, and our soul cries out to our creator. When we don't acknowlege God, or have a realationship with him, there is a void in our lives that we try and fill with other things like drugs, money, sex, and love. No matter what though nothing will ever be enough until you discover the full love of your creator. Please don't think that I am a crazy person, I just know that empty feeling quite well, and when I truly gave my heart to Christ Jesus, that is when I became whole. Debbie

Yes, it is normal. All you need a friend to share your emptiness and the things which are making you feel lonely.
I think someone has broken your heart and no one is there who can make you feel easy.
Believe me friend time will make all wound right and soon you will feel easy and good. Just give yourself some time .
