I'm talking about the ones on the side of the house, that's has the spinning thing, I think they're called air condition units, but I'm not sure, so tell me if you know.

Central Air Units.

They are an air condition and heating unit, the other parts to it are in the house....."Central Unit"
Some houses also have window units.....
