I do mine once a week, but I don't know that theres an actual rule about it.

Page 77 of the rule book, Domestic Tranquility and Other Important Stuff Around the House says to wash them, when they are in need of washing.

Seriously, it's a very personal thing. I saw answers ranging from two days to two weeks. Some guys may not wash theirs, well lets not go there. You wash them when you want to wash them. Only you know what's going on in your bedroom, so you be da judge.

If we're not talking Summer days here, once every other week. However, as far as Summer goes once a week is perfect.

every 2 days because of dust mites, dead skin from your body perspiration buildup and lastly vac the bed at least once a month

I would say every week. Or it depends if you come in sweaty and lay down after work. Change them every three days.

I keep turning them over and shaking them furiously on windy days..but when my lovers skid marks start looking like a tic tac toe board its time to go to the LAUNDROMAT.aaarrrghh aaarggghh
