There are different areas that are specific to the type of business like Internet City is where the IBM Office and stuff like that. There are several areas right along Sheik al Zayed Rd. I think Jebal Ali Free Zone is a Commercial district as well. The World Trade Centre is on Sheik al Zayed rd more is Bur Dubai then in Jemeriah Beach.

dubai was built on tourism so i'm pretty sure it's everywhere
