what NORMAL is?
I have a button that says
"Why Be Normal?"
I intentionally wear it
upside down.
It amazes me the
number of people
who say to me...
"hey...
you know your button
is upside down?"

Next time someone asks you that, flip upside down and start walking on your hands. Then ask them, "Is that better?"

Ummm...what does wearing your button upside down and people commenting on have to do with being normal. Is this suppose to be some sort of witty, intellectual question that's suppose provoke thought?
Yeah...it's just stupid. And since stupidity seems to run rampant in this country I would say you're quite normal. Even if you wear a button upside down.....it just shows your intelligence level 'tis all.

what the majority of people do could be called normal.

Normal isn't the same for everyone. You determine what's normal to you just like everyone else determines what's normal to them. A majority of people choose to accept the social norms as the only norms but there isn't one normal. What's normal to one person may not be normal to another.

I try to do what I think is right at the moment, regardless of what "normal" may be.

i believe that there is no such thing as normal.everyone acts differently.everyone has there own normal.if a preppy jock says to a chess club member "why dont u act normal" then the chess club member may say "why dont u act normal" im babbling now so i just wanted to say that THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS BEING NORMAL.

Now see, that is something that I would do!!! At work most of the employees wear their nametags on their right shoulder but I like to wear mine on my sleeve...conversation piece...
