I think it would be a GREAT undertaking to attempt to get one of your books published. If writing is your passion, then why not shoot for the stars? And, who knows? Maybe you'll become a best-selling author one day...

If you are that talented, go for it. I write poetry, and have sat around and done nothing. I'm 54 years old. Such a talent should be shared. And who is to say... by publishing your work, it may seriously inspire you to keep writing.

Writing is not always a profitable business, but sometimes, rewards are more intrinsic than monitarily profitable.

Poetry is one of those things the world needs more of. Something of beauty, in an environment of so much ugliness around us.

Good luck.

Who published them? Before I can answer your question it would help greatly to know this. Because there are many 'vanity' presses for the few legit ones who publish poetry.
