As long as you're not high risk, you can continue to have sex until your water breaks. A common misconception is that sex will help speed up labor, but that has been proven to be false. If you are having pain and/or bleeding after sex, don't do it again until after you talk to your doctor . . . there could be other problems that will put your pregnancy in jeopardy.

Good luck!

Unless the doctor is saying not to for medical reasons, enjoy this time. After all, the husband needs to know he is still special in your eyes as he may be feeling a little left out.

I did. If the doctor actually said "no sex" then you shouldn't, but if the doctor hasn't mentioned anything about it, sex is fine all the way until labor or your water breaks, whatever comes first.

You can have it when you're 8 months pregnant..... as long as it's comfortable for you. IN later months, it may speed things along!
