Most probably instead of using fresh eggs, they used century eggs (preserved eggs), thus the term 100 year-old eggnog.
(It would do a good job of fooling anybody since century eggs are basically dark greenish in color and have an almost cheese-like flavor.)

Yeah...I wondered that myself when I first saw an episode claiming to have that old of an eggnog. I guess they exaggerate a little, huh ? They eat some gross stuff don't they ??

I doubt it's actually egnogg made 100 years ago; I suspect it's a 'drink' made from the type of preserved eggs called 100 or 1000 year eggs or century eggs.
