i am one and not everyone can do it or pass the certification test , for that matter-

Because they are too narrow minded to realize that not everyone who works in a pharmacy grew up wanting to be a doctor but wasn't smart enough for medical school. Basic stereotyping really.

Personally, one of the people I admired most while I was in high school worked in a pharmacy, and she's probably one of the most intuitively intelligent people I've ever met. I guess people just have a set opinion about anyone in a secondary position. If you're not the pharmacist you must be her or his mindless temp...

To be perfectly honest, I didn't know people did. I never have. Any job that requires thought is always harder than it looks.
