aspiration is a goal, something you're striving for - working very hard to reach.

inspiration is something that gives you the drive, the impetus to strive for a goal, the drive itself.

a subtle difference, perhaps, but very definitely different things.

If you're asking if aspiration is different from inspiration, the answer is yes. Let's say you want to be a doctor when you grow up. I'd say that being a doctor is one of your aspirations. Let's say that the reason you want to be a doctor is because your father is one. I'd say your father inspired you to become a doctor.
