i know this is very vague but it is a song used in a lot of movies when the characters are in a hurry and running all around. it may be a classical or baroque period song i really don't know. please help

The music you're talking about is the: "William Tell Overtures. They used some of the overtures in the older cartoons, some of it in the Lone Ranger(Black & White) days. Actually the William Tell music was a play created in France by the author and composer Gioacchino Rossini. This was back around 1812. It was a four act play. Now the musics just used for it's overtures in a lot of movies and cartoons and other things.

I think you mean the Nino Rota piece of music. It's from a Fellini movie. I'll post the link when i find the song. I was surprised when i heard it on a soundtrack CD.

There is a classical song called Flight of the Bumblebee that is used a lot. I have no idea who composed it though. There is another song too, which is probably the one you are asking about, but I have never known it's name.
