It makes sense. The world has a history of plagues that wipe out hundreds of thousands of people. The bubonic plague, typhoid, tuberculosis, yellow fever, Spanish flu, cholera, small pox, the list goes on...

AHAHAHAHA....you kill me...

HIV wasn't "created"...if you need definitive proof...have a look at Simian Hemmohragic Fever...aka..."Monkey AIDS"....the epidimiology of HIV is pretty well known at this point(see...The Hot Zone..Kinsasha Highway)...besides if you really examine it...HIV is a terrible construct for a weapon or "control agent"....it mutates, virtually uncontrollably and is easily avoidable...a far more serious threat and usable means of population control would most likely be an engineered strain of influenza...high contagion, high mortality...that's the way to control a population...wipe out specific areas and numbers of a population before they become aware of the lethality of the infection. If "The Shop" did come up with HIV...they did a pretty shitty job...

I think that's just cruel.

BTW, HIV has virus as the "V" in its name. "HIV virus" is redundant.
