We can have fun questions on here even some questions that just make no sense but do we really need the ones that just do not know when enough is enough?

Well, yeah, I kinda think everyone is, but there is a bit of a problem with the question.
Define "annoying" please. :) It is that simple. Many around here define annoying as giving more than a one-line answer, or not going along with that Fox News crowd. Under that definition I am definitely guilty as charged on both counts....
Though under most circumstances I am just trying to be honest and give as complete an answer as I can.
Having said that, yes, certain trolls on here, like ones that Yahoo *pays* to be a nuisance like that Ed-na personoid, are the textbook definition of annoying, which is why I tend to assume they are on the payroll of *somebody* big. Because they are just *too* relentless, too good at what they do, too much the "professional" pest, if you get my drift? ;)
Those we can definitely do without, the paid-for professional pests who only seem to show up when Yahoo Inc. is feeling the heat on reliability issues or for "allowing" too much freedom of speech for the Evangelical crowd and those Chinese they *love* so much....or was it the Hindus? Muslims? Hell, who knows what abusers of the masses they are sucking up to *this week*, *lol*?
But I digress. And likely annoy the SMS, "Will you STOP rambling please crowd?" So yeah, that's it from me, for now, on this one. Sorry. ;)
