is it a bad thing is a matter of opinion.
is it cheating heck yes.
how do you do it you write everything you would normally physically do with the other person.

In chess it is cheating, but not in football....
Cheating... Ha! as if life is a game. What, does cyber get you any extra points that might let you "win"??? Ha, cheating indeed.
It might be neglect... do you cyber when your spouse is in need of your attention? If you are neglecting your spouse then that is your problem. WOuld cybering keep you from fulfilling some marital obligation? If you're not fulfilling your marital obligations then that's your problem. Why do people hide behind the silly term, cheating.
A neglectful spouse finds out their partner had to look elsewhere for what they should have been giving them, and then they call the neglected spouse a cheater... sheeesh.

cybering isn't a bad thing, but it is bad when you're in a relationship because yes it's considered cheating. cybering means that you say sexual actions that you want to do to the person you're talking to online as if you would do in real life.

I don't think its a bad thing if you're single. But if I ever caught my husband doing it, I'd feel as though he had cheated. Even though there's no physical touching, the emotionaly feeling is there or he wouldn't be doing it. I would never do it, either.
Cybering is just typing out whetever you'd be saying if you were actually together, along with giving details as to what you'd be doing if you were together, or what you're doing to yourself.
