lah De Dah or lah Di Dah is an old expression.
It means a CONCEITED woman..
The woman who is lah de dah thinks she is better than other people & tries to speak as if she is from a high social class.
Eg. She is a bit lah de dah & so I don't like her.

When someone says, "Well, lah de dah!" it's sarcasm, meaning it's not the big deal you think it is and I am not impressed.
In this case the message maybe that the person feels you're in too good of a mood and not taking anything seriously.

to be la de dah is perceived by some as snobbish. if someone says to you dont be so lah de dah then they are saying stop being a *****

careless, maybe they are taking their time on something that they should be doing faster, then someone would say "stop being so lah de dah about it"

Depending on how the person said it, I would take it to mean:
a) Don't be so nonchalant about it; take it more seriously.
b) Don't feel that this is below you or that you are better than this.
