Best - it gets the grey old matter up there to start cracking again!
Worst - can't stop doing sudoku puzzles, especially the jigsaw types. Imagine being honked at for not moving off after the light turns green.. eating while solving, or was that solving while eating...
yes have the puzzles everywhere - in the car, toilet, living room, bedroom, dining room, in my back pocket, in the briefcase...

It's just about having fun. You can learn and get smarter about math when you play sudoku.
