Like with any nationality, it definitely depends on the person. However, there is a certain 'exotic' appeal to women from Central America. It has a lot to do with skin tone. The smooth tan just looks so healthy, especially if you spend a lot of time, as I do, in a place where it snows a lot. Seeing a woman with a great natural tone when everyone else is pale as death is a big turn on for a lot of guys. Personally, the thing that gets me about Central American women, is the hair though. There is just nothing quite like it...
So I guess my answer is YES, though I would interject that beautiful people are beautiful regardless of race or origin.

I am a woman, I know several people from Central America, male and female. Many of the people from this part of the world are attractive.

There are beautiful women from every part of the world. I can not generalize and say that one geographic region has any better looking women than another. I can tell you that the most beautiful woman on the planet is taken, she is my wife.
