The answer to this question does indeed vary from time to time as the other who have answered already said. The pain of a good solid hit to the balls, is excruiciating.
First, there is this pressure followed by pain so bad, that you wish that you decided to stay inside all day with a blanket wrapped around you.
Second, the pain travels, it's not satisfied with staying in or around the balls, it travels upward to your stomach.
Third, the nausua hits, yet you feel like your going to throw up because it is just so bad, so horrible.
It may not be as painful as child birth, but I still have to say that it sure sucks a whole hell of a lot.

Kicked in the balls is not is bad as getting kneed in the balls. To kick someone balls you have to come up with the foot mostly kicking the thigh then the balls from the bottom. Now when you get kneed, the knee just crushed the penis and balls together and it is a more direct hit that a foot. At least that is my storie.

It actually depends on how hard you get hit, whether it's a solid hit or a glancing blow, and if you were prepared at all for it. If I can see it coming and lock my legs around the oncoming foot even a little, it can soften the blow a lot. But then again, sometimes just moving around can pinch something and be pretty painful.

lets just say.......if you get kicked in the balls by something like a horse it would be number 1 on the pain list next to giving birth.

Hurts like hell one day I cursed out a girl in my class and she kicked and kneed my nuts. I wear skinny jeans so its easy to see where my balls are at

let me put it this way I was once kicked so hard in the nuts in a sparring match that it literally lifted me off my feet and cracked my cup clean in half, and for the 1/2 second before i blacked out it felt like a bomb had gone off inbetween my legs. it hurt about 3 times worse than diclocating my shoulder. hope that helps.
