the subject in merchandising own books is that throughout lots of situations the guy has an inflated view of what each and each e book is properly worth. each and every thing relies upon on concern, paperback/hardback, undertaking be counted, author, first version, etc., etc. you are able to verify your expenditures on Amazon. they do no longer rip you off, as you place it. Their expenses are patently quoted and you're able to at recent see what different comparable books are fetching. once you're disenchanted with those expenditures, you will no longer get greater effectual expenditures on eBay, frankly, different than purely now and lower back.

There are several 2nd hand book stores at Far East Plaza at Scotts Road as well as Bras Basah Complex (http://bras-basah-complex.com.sg/en_05/en_05_p01.shtml) where they do but 2nd hand books. However, I don't think you'd be able to get much for your books.
I have personally sold a number of books via Yahoo auctions, try them at http://auctions.yahoo.com.sg
