I pretty much make the "head to toe" scan: First...taking in her height (petites are a plus), next....the color, length and style of her hair, use of makeup, clothes she's wearing and how well they accent her curves......and other charms (wink, wink).
Alas, appearance is the 'first impression'; the first instant thing men and women notice about each other.
