Bruno Sammartino was the best, based on his record.
But Superstar Billy Graham was the most impressive, based on his physique. Hulk Hogan was a close second to him.

Triple H, Ten Times I might add, hopefully before the end of the year, Eleven times. I think that Triple H has maybe 5 or 6 title reigns left in him as he will try to break Ric Flair's 16 time record, after that, he will probably feel that he has nothing more to accomplish in WWE and retire.
