I just watched the movie after reading the book.
So which you think is better the book or the movie?
I think the movie was a little bit duller then the book and also lacked a lot of interesting details that simply makes more sense and helps you understand the characters better?
I think the Book is the better then the movie what do you think?
Please be serious.

I have to agree, the book is much better. So much of the story is the thought process used to solve the mystery. The movie simply didn't include that and I really feel it lost something in the translation. Besides, I like the book's ending much better.

I really liked both. The thing is though, I read the book a long time before the movie came out. Had I read it right before watching the movie, I'd probably have been disappointed by the movie. It lacked a lot of detail, but was still a good show. If you liked The Da Vinci Code, I'd recommend "Digital Fortress", which was also written by Dan Brown. I got so engrossed in it while I was laying out by the pool in Mexico that I lost track of time and looked like a lobster that was cooked on the sun itself. It's a good read.

I LOVED the book - the movie was still good, but didn't live up to the book. But seriously, I don't think it could. the movie would have been like 4 hours long!! I think Ron Howard did the best he could with the screenplay and how he interpretted the history scenes so non-readers of the book could have been up to speed with all that Sir Teabing was babbling about.

Books usually are better...more detail, etc. Any movie I have ever watched after reading the book, I have always been disappointed.

The book is way better because you have a better sense of what the characters are like. You can invision their personalities in your own way and come up with your own scenery. Books are always better in my opinion because you can help make the story with your imagination.

PS.....this is probably my 2nd fav. story.
