I currently use Charter Communications, wich is at 10MBPS and Media Com says they offer 10MBPS for cheaper, and Cox Communications says they run 15 and there cheaper than anyone, Im confused about who to go to, dono who will be better or worse, need opinions. should i pay more and stay with charter, or try Cox, Only reason im hesitant is there 50.00 Install charge, ON ALL OF EM!

If Cox is offering 15MBPS, then that probably would be your best choice, Why? All of them advertise the speed ( 10,15 ) but bear in mind that these speeds are variable, due to distance, volume of customers using it, so it would make since that if all of them drop a little speed than the highest rated one would drop some but be at or above the rest.. I would say Cox. And check out this website, it has feedback from several avenues, and lots of good links. Good Luck
