possibly if you dont want to mov eit you can wrap it in burlap or similar when it gets super cold also those white xmas lights help when its cold but not yet freeaing.

Possibly. A school in Michigan threw out a cactus plant and it is growing wild like a weed. It has been through several winters and still comes up in the spring.

My brother's sister-in-law lives on Lake Michigan and has cactus growing in her backyard- which is sand and the Lake. I live in Oh and my neighbors had it growing for years. Probably depends on what kind it is.

I seriously doubt it. Cacti are from the desert (Where I live) and our winters are like your spring & fall. You might want to check with a nursery that specializes in exotic plants, or try this site
