i like myrtle beach better

Virginia Beach seems to be better for 20-somethings that like to party. My mom goes to Myrtle.

Myrtle Beach, hands down! There is no comparing them really. MB is cleaner, there is more to do, even the sand is different, a finer lighter sand. I've found also that the costs are lower in MB then VB. We have stayed at a place called the Sea Mist, and it was a total bargan, especially for a family. We go in Sept. each year and for a week it runs about 400 for a family of four. That money buys you the room, unlimited use of their mini-golf, unlimited use of the amusement park they own just down the road, (you can see if from the hotel), and unlimited use of the onsite water park and their water park that is located on the beach! This is the coolest place I've even taken my guys. We spent more money while we were there going to other places but really, if the money were tight, even that late in the season kids are perfectly happy with the things that are included in the fun in the sun packages.
I just wasn't that impressed with VB.

Are you talking about the beach or the partying? Myrtle Beach's beach is great, but for partying, it's definitely VIRGINIA BEACH!

I never been to Myrtle beach, but I know one thing Va Beach is got hands down over MB, all the waste from the US Naval Base nearby......whatever you do....dont get in the water

VIRGINIA BEACH hands down. if you want to get eaten by sharks, by all means go to myrtle beach.... virginia beach has more entertainment than MB....

Myrtle sea coast is cleanser and is far less crowded. the full Myrtle sea coast section spans sixty miles of sea coast and runs from North Myrtle each and each of how all the way down to Pawley's Island meaning extra area to roam.
