I am 14 and 92 pounds but not anorexic

hey it's natural to be thin or underweight if you're still growing up. just eat healthy, add vegetables and fruits in your diet and drink lots of water and juice and sleep at least 8 hours a day, then you'll gain weight in a healthy way.

You'll probably gain weight next year. that's what happened to me when i was that age.

You dont need to gain weight lol...you just need to gain muscle...Just go jogging do push-up and sit-ups or crunches everynight...Because if you just eat mcdonalds and stuff just to gain weight you will become fat...and you will regret doing that..So, just gain some muscle and you will be ok. Don't worry because if your not anorexic your ok..At least be healthy.And you probably just have a really fast metablilsm.

eat lots of pasta and ice cream. go to mcdonalds like 3 times a day.

Just eat normal! exersize alot and just overall be healthy! just dont go to McDonalds to gain weight! 14 and 92lbs isnt bad! its fine! you shouldnt worry to much! its just when you weight to much! than thats when you need to worry!

Eat more food & higher calorie food. Eat a lot of food later in the day.
