Do you think that men or women try to find someone to blame more often, and do they tend to do it with people close to them such as husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, best friends, etc.?

Of course, often the person that I have in mind blames people for things which were partially his/her fault but often he/she just gets mad when things go wrong and looks for a scapegoat.

Very good answers but I don't agree that life is about placing the blame on people even though I wouldn't believe something like kharma determines what happens to us.

I believe that blaming things on luck is just a cop out but if Puerto Rico gets hit by a hurricane, I won't blame anyone. However, I think I would cut people some slack if they got irritated while trying to deal with the effects of a hurricane or if they get scared.

So, if people are just doing their best under difficult circumstances, why blame someone?

There is no sexual preference to this madness. The whole thing is "DENIAL". Most people who don't like to focus on their own lives or admit their wrongs try to blame others, when it's obvious that they are in control of their own lives. The sad thing is,is that most people will not get educated on this issue unless they go to a drug program, therapy,or some motivational speaker meeting that will get them to understand their selves.

Yes people always tend to blame their love ones for their problems more than they will someone they only associate with. But I think the reasoning behind this is because it's easier to blame someone else then it is to take responsibility for your own actions. Grow up people, we have to learn if you make the mistake or create the problem you should be willing to except the consequences.

Some people cannot take responsibility for thier own actions and/or faults. Sometimes it's easier to pass the blame than to admit guilt or fault. I would think that it is easier to do it with people who are close to you. People who are close know you the best and will usually stand by you even if you do blame them.

In my opinion most people blame some one else so the wrong isn't their fault. Most people hurt the ones they love and do so not really intending to do so.

that happens when someone hasn't grown up. Being adult also means being able to take responsibility for your faults.
