Talk with either the caregiver or your parent/ guardian and discuss what is making you uncomfortable. Always better to discuss these things, being open and honest.

What does she do that makes you think that she is nasty? Make sure you know the answer to this question and report her to you parents or her bosses.

Tell your parents, or guardians, or whoever is in charge of hiring your caregivers. You shouldn't feel uncomfortable with someone. If she has BO or bad hygiene, that's just unprofessional and she shouldn't be working in that profession. Tell an adult pronto.

I don't exactly understand your question.
If your caregiver is doing something to you you know is wrong, tell your parents or report the care giver to the agency that employs them.

Speak to your parents about your situation and let them know how you feel about your care giver. Possibly they can find another for you. You do not need to feel uncomfortable with your surroundings.

I think that the changing business is very private and very many people would have a problem with that.
If she is not professional, please change the care taker if you can.
