If it's just one trading card in a regular envelope just put a regular stamp on it and it should go through fine.

It all depends on width, but the more improtant factor is weight. The costs vary from State to state but bellow an once or so is cheaper and any thing above that (depending on what it is) will be at a higher price. You will want to ask your post office for the price details

Trading cards aren't very heavy, so you should be fine sending them as you would any other mail.
