you see all thoes kids on disney channel and i am wondering how do i get on tv or get in to acting?

Yeah I feel like that too. First you need to get into school productions, acting classes, and dance. You will be like a golden child. Then you get an agent and move to LA, after that you will go through millions of auditions with a lot of rejection. You will get into something and be a star. Hope to see you on a screen sometime soon!

Usually they are recognized by something else, or it is possible that those stations will release a contest. If you submit for those and make a good video, you could open up your chances.
To get in acting, you may want to make your films and go to improv and drama/ acting classes or lessons.
In College you can take a class with acting.

Move to L.A. Start acting, singing, dancing lessons. Get headshots taken as well as invest in comp cards (they are like a resume with your picture and work you've done in the past).
