If you're currently eating healthy, then there's no need to change your eating habits. What you need to do is build your muscles. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat anyway, so it will be easier that way. Join a gym, lift weights, go jogging, do push ups, etc. Make yourself a workout routine and follow it.

First, you have to increase your appetite. To do that, take regular doses of Vitamin B complex, they will improve your appetite.

You may be surprised that exercising do increase weight too, with a proper intake of carbohydrates. It increases your muscle mass. And when you do regular exercises, it will increase your appetite too and regulate your blood pressure.

Eating at night just before you sleep, is gaining weight in a very unhealthy way, as you may have digestion problem, and bloatedness.

Even if you gain weight, you have to do it in a correct manner, to prevent health problems that may come in later.

Or if your aim is to do body building, and check on those proteins drinks that you can take, it will help a lot.

protein bars and shakes. my brother is 5'5 and he weighs 100. hes trying to gain weight. he eats a lot but cant gain weight. so now hes trying protein.

Buy a lot of desserts/cakes/sweets, as well as steaks,chicken,pork. Cook them all at once, and then just CHOMP IT DOWN!!! Eat that stuff like there was no tomorrow!

some people can't gain weight.. ican't... i eat before bed and eat fatty foods... try a weight gainer
