Is there a way to find out what all someone has been looking at on the computer even if they have erased their history. It seems like there should be info stored somewhere else that can be accessed beside through the history button???

I think the history is the only way of finding out.

There are.
1) Go to tools.
2) Then Internet Options
3) Under temporary Internet files, click settings.
4) Then click View files
5) This will give you a folder of Internet files that have been visited

If the person is smart enough to delete this too, then I suggest you download a software called x3watch. It will track anyone who goes to an adult site using your computer. After two weeks it will email you all the bad sites your computer has been too. I think it can be found at www.x3watch.com
