Would she be allowed to have the baby in the USA or would they have been recalled to the USSR as soon as it became known?
Also, the US Constitution states that any child born on US soil is a citizen of the USA. Would the embassy's extraterritoriality override this? Would the USSR then require that she give birth at the embassy?

Note: Some Soviet agents WERE posted with their families. Read Spy Handler by Victor Cherkashin. His family accompanied him to Australia and the USA. His wife gave birth to both children in the USSR.
