You need to pass either the Cisco CCNA exam, or both the Cisco INTRO and Cisco ICND to be CCNA certified.

google the certificate information....buy the books you need to study for the exam from amazon.com.....then, locate the nearest CCNA Certification Center...and go take the test when you believe you are ready.
