it amazes me how some people claim to kow so much about a topic and really know nothing lol...first of all, please dont use salt water unless you want a dead frog. second of all, if you want care info, then you need to know exactly what kind of frog it is. if it is a clawed frog, then i dont know how big it will get because i am not familiar with the species. more than likely, it is an albino african dwarf frog. they are the species most common in pet stores. if i am correct, it will only grow to be about 2 inches long at the most. they will live with fish, so if you already have a fish tank you can put him in there, as long as they are peaceful fish, as this is a peaceful frog. if you just want the frog in a tank, then get yourself a 5 gal tank for him. you can use tap water, but you need to use a de-chlorinator ( i use aqua safe, it seems to work good). you are going to need to get a filter and a heater for him as well. if not, he wont live very long and you will be stuck doing some very frequent cleaning, like everyday.
so my advice, if you just want to keep the frog, which in my opinion is boring, go get a 5 gal tank, a little filter, a little heater, maybe a plastic plant for decor, and have a blast. a word of warning though, these frogs dont do anything...at all. all they do is sit at the bottom of the tank. every once in a while they float to the top to breath and then they float back down. and when they get hungry, they float around till they float past some food, eat it, and then float back to the bottom. if you want something a little more entertaining, get fish or something.

If you drink the tap water then he should be fine. They sell drops you can add to water to remove chlorine- they are rather inexspensive and they protect the healthy bacteria in the water (the bacteria is much more sensitive then the frog is).
These are tropical animals so you will need to buy a thermometer and make sure the water is warm enough for him. 78 degrees will keep him comfortable. They are bottom feeders so ou must make sure food gets down to him. Mine eats just about anything. I feed him frog pellets everyday and then he also gets bloodworms as a treat.
When they grow they do shed their skins - no worries, it's normal. He will probably eat his skin as he scratches it off.
Lots of people keep these frogs alone in planted tanks. They can also be kept with fish. Mine does very well with 3 angels in a 30 gallon.
This web site seemed to cover anything I have missed. Good Luck!

They do sell African Dwarf frogs that are albinos. Most pet stores only carry the dwarf frogs. I had a clawed frog growing up- he was about 10" long. He was as messy as a pet turtle. Most people don't want the big guys. Call your pet store- you probably have a dwarf.

The albinos are usually African clawed frogs. They will get as big as a dinner plate and eat anything they can get into their mouths.
Ideally they should be in at least a 10 gallon tank while they are small and the water should be heated (74-76 degrees). A filter is a must and only use water that has been treated with a dechlorinator (De-Chlor is a good one).
Frogs don't do much except sit around and wait for some food to swim by. Don't expect to see much activity unless he is hungry.
