Depends on your religion.
I'm agnostic, so I think there is some deity up there that is currently un-nameable.
but. sometimes I think he's there if you have faith.
That your (or anyone's) belief in Him makes his existance all the more real.
Sometimes, if you don't believe in something, it's not really there.
metaphysics are so confusing.
(grin)
but yeah. to be totally religious here...
if He's there, and you don't notice, He's probably intentionally not offerring help as part of the Grand Plan.
Don't worry-- it'll always work out for the best.
